Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
1. prices and shipping costs
1.1 All prices stated on our website www.longanova.com are inclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax.
1.2 The corresponding shipping costs are indicated to the customer in the order form and are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal. From an order value of EUR 39.00, the provider delivers to the customer free of shipping costs within Germany & Austria.
Shipping costs:
- National shipping (Germany & Austria)
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order for delivery within Germany & Austria. The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax.
The shipping costs are again clearly communicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. All packages are insured against loss or damage in transit. All national packages are sent by DHL climate neutral (Go Green).
- Shipping to EU countries
For deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), France, Poland and the Czech Republic, we charge a flat rate of 9.90 euros.
For deliveries to Italy, Great Britain, Spain, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia we charge a flat rate of 15,90 Euro.
For deliveries to Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Greece, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania as well as Croatia we charge a flat rate of 16.90 Euro.
The shipping costs include the statutory value added tax.
- Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland costs 14.90 euros. In the ordering process, the prices are shown without the German VAT. The VAT is mostly charged by the local customs authorities.
- International shipping
If the desired destination country is not listed, please send us a message to info@longanova.com. We will try to realize the shipment individually.
1.3 The goods are shipped by mail. The shipping risk is borne by the provider if the customer is a consumer.
1.4 Shipping carton: We have chosen a packaging which is made of sustainable materials.
